Richard is the founder, CEO and Chief Property Wealth Planner at inSynergy Property Wealth Advisory.
Deeply passionate about property investment, Richard began investing in property at the age of 21 and owned six properties by the time he was 30.
After a 13-year career as an officer in the Australian Defence Force his personal passion for real estate sowed the seed for his career in property investment.
Years of working with some of Australia’s leading financial services providers coupled with experience gained from his own property investment journey led Richard to develop a science of optimising investment returns from property while minimising risk – something unique in a cluttered marketplace of brokers and ‘spruikers’.
Richard and the inSynergy team have now worked with hundreds of investors to help them make more money from property with less risk. As Chief Property Investment Advisor, Richard works with investors to formulate their property investment strategy, develop sophisticated borrowing structures and source property stock that meets inSynergy’s strict risk-adjusted criteria.
A regular columnist for Peninsula Living magazine on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Richard is widely recognised as one of the industry’s thought leaders and is an accredited QPIA (qualified property investment advisor) with PIPA, the property investment professionals of Australia.
Raj is the Head of Investment Finance and Property Wealth Planner at inSynergy. He brings a tangible skill set to creating wealth through property by identifying and clearly articulating the association between finance strategy and safe property investing.
He has spent 17 years in the industry serving hundreds of clients, across Australia and New Zealand safely finance and create wealth through real estate as their primary vehicle. Using his educational background in finance and economics combined with years of personal experience; Raj and his wife continue to build on what is a respectable property portfolio for
themselves, including small scale development projects.
Raj is passionate about tapping into the financial security property investments afford, to live a better-quality life and enrich the lives of those around him by educating people on how it all fits together as part of their holistic plan and how to mitigate the risks. “What I do directly impacts people’s reality, and that is powerful and comes with great responsibility
but also a tremendous amount of satisfaction”.
When Raj isn’t helping someone with property strategy or with his family you will find him on the beach in and around the ocean catching a wave on his SUP, on his Mountain bike shredding trails or caravanning around the country!
Spending a large part of his childhood on a merchant vessel, Raj finds peace on the water and is never far away from the coast.
Raj holds B.B.S double degrees in Finance and Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction), RG146, Cert IV FMB, relevant papers in Land and Contract Law & is a QPIA® (Qualified Property Investment Advisor).
Ryan has spent the last 7 years working with both developers and agencies in the proptech space. This has allowed him to be exposed to the entire industry, on both sides, giving him fantastic insights to what makes up a great development, as well as how properties can provide different solutions to clients portfolio needs.
Ryan has seen a lot of buyer behaviour from the client side and a lot of development strategy from the marketers side and has been skilled at matchmaking the two.
He has been living the northern beaches lifestyle for the last 4 years and has recently become a new father so has his hands full with his two dogs and young family!
As an experienced property professional, Tomas finds it incredibly rewarding to help people with their property investment journey. “It is one of the biggest transactions people go through and having clients trust me with their wealth creation strategies and their overall plan is incredibly rewarding. I also get to see what they can achieve financially and how this can change their lives.”
In his role as Property Investment Specialist, Tomas uses his extensive research and data analysis skills to conduct detailed analysis of emerging property areas to help clients build a property portfolio that delivers strong equity gains and is supported by a sound wealth creation and management strategy. The ever changing property industry keeps Tomas challenged and he loves the opportunity for continuous learning, personal and professional growth.
Tomas enjoys an active lifestyle and in his spare time, swaps the data analysis and screen time for picturesque scenery and adventurous hikes!
As a passionate property investor himself, Ben decided to diversify his career portfolio by becoming a mortgage broker in 2018; having worked as an immigration lawyer for 12 years and running his own law practice for 7 of those years. Ben recognised that whilst he loved the client relationship side of his job as a lawyer, he missed the excitement of working in a field that truly fuelled his passion – Property!! Ben is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, having worked as a real estate agent whilst completing his law degree all those years ago.
In his role at inSynergy Ben is honing his technical mortgage broking skills whilst further upskilling to become a Property Investment Advisor. Ben’s experience and presence gained throughout his legal career are an asset to his role at inSynergy. In his spare time
Ben is a busy father of two and enjoys catching up with friends, exercising and watching his Australian and American sports.
David’s love for property is evident through the enthusiasm he brings to the office each day. A Licenced Real-Estate Agent with a Masters in Property Development, David has 20+ years property experience in both private and corporate sectors, specialising in residential and project marketing.
Tom’s extensive real estate experience working as a licensed agent and for property developers has given him an excellent understanding of investor purchasing dynamics and strategies.
Passionate about real estate, Tom is also an avid investor and loves helping clients navigate their property investment journey, which makes him perfect for his role as a Property Investment Specialist.
As a passionate property investor with an impressive portfolio, Tom can also speak from personal experience when helping others.

James is a recent graduate of economics, majoring in finance. Possessing exceptional communication skills and a warm and friendly approach that makes an absolute favourite amongst her valued clients, Korijaz Fox loves being a part of her ever growing team at inSynergy Advisory.
Moving to Australia from New Zealand at the age of 18 to kick start her career in real estate, Jaz fell in love with all aspects of the property industry, and that love and unbridled enthusiasm is something that she still holds today.
Formerly a Channel Sales Manager, Project Sales Advisor and Sales Executive, Jaz has a thorough understanding of the real estate industry from a developer, agency and buyer perspective. She prides herself on her daily commitment to each and every one of her clients, while her extensive skill set, strict work ethic and high-spirited charisma all contribute to her success in the real estate world.

Anika is a bright, dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Broker having worked across various roles in the banking and finance sector for the better part of a decade.

Specialising in residential lending, Anika is very passionate about customer service and good communication.

Mark is a senior business leader with MBA qualifications and over 25 year’s senior executive and board experience, he has proven abilities in helping businesses become high-growth, customer-focused success stories.
Mark is passionate about real estate investment and is both a client and employee at inSynergy. He is committed to improving the customer experience, value and outcomes for inSynergy clients and developing and mentoring the professional inSynergy team.
Outside work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and new puppy. He is also a keen golfer and traveller.
Natasha is a founding member of the inSynergy team, having established the brand and led the business’ marketing efforts for more than 10 years. More recently, as Director of Operations and Marketing, Natasha oversees the smooth running of the business and manages the marketing and communications activity.
Natasha is a busy mum of two who enjoys juggling the mayhem of motherhood with the personal rewards of working with such an amazing and dynamic group of colleagues and clients.
Emily is our chief planner, organiser and all-round admin star! She makes sure everything in the office is running smoothly and everyone is where they are supposed to be at any given time.
Emily’s calm nature and organised approach are a breath of fresh air. We love that she thinks outside the box and is always looking for ways to improve our business operations.
Emily is a Mum to three beautiful girls so is extremely adept at juggling multiple challenges and schedules!
Upon joining inSynergy, Hayley pivoted from 13 years in the wholesale travel industry, swapping hotel contracts for property contracts!
Having been an investor herself for the best part of a decade, and married to our head of finance broking, she is already well versed with the processes of purchasing properties, obtaining finance, understanding cash flows and managing a growing portfolio.
Hayley is keen to help make the transaction as seamless as possible for our clients so they can build their property portfolio with confidence. She is here to coordinate the efficient working of the teams as well as meeting and greeting people and making them feel welcome to the inSynergy family.
Outside the office she likes to keep strong at the gym and enjoy bush walks with her dog, Zeus.
Always on hand with a smile to make sure the inSynergy office is running smoothly, Matilda is our Office Assistant extraordinair! Having graduated high school and completing her HSC in 2017, Matilda initially studied in Early Childhood Education, completing her Certificate III. However, Matilda was always interested in property investment, and wanted to experience and have the opportunity to learn everything she could about it and progress in a career that helps others in all aspects of creating and securing their finances. When the opportunity came along to join the inSynergy team, Matilda jumped at it!
A very family oriented person, Matilda loves hanging with her dogs Oscar and Bruce and is an avid supporter of the Manly Warringah Cricket Club.

ZEUS & DUKE
You might have guessed that we’re total dog lovers at inSynergy! Whilst we sadly lost our Chief Greeting Officer Buster in 2020, these two goofballs have come along and brightened our lives considerably! Zeus (pictured left) loves nothing more than to raid the office rubbish bins! He’s also incredibly clever and can do all manner of tricks (for a treat of course!). Duke is the baby of the inSynergy family – he’s such a good boy and and absolutely loves his playtime in the office with Zeus. What would life be without our furry friends!
BUSTER - RIP
Buster was our Chief Greeting Officer for almost 7 years but sadly he passed away in October 2020 after being diagnosed with a brain tumour. His loss is sadly and deeply felt amongst the team and also our clients, who he was always glad to greet with a smile and a bottom wiggle. RIP Buster, our dear furry friend.
