Richard is the founder and Managing Director of inSynergy Property Wealth Advisory.
Deeply passionate about property investment, Richard began investing in property at the age of 21 and owned six properties by the time he was 30.
After a 13-year career as an officer in the Australian Defence Force his passion for real estate sowed the seed for his career in property investment.
Years of working with some of Australia’s leading financial services providers coupled with experience gained from his own property investment journey led Richard to develop a science of optimising investment returns from property while minimising risk – something unique in a cluttered marketplace of brokers and ‘spruikers’.
Richard and the inSynergy team have now worked with hundreds of investors to help them make more money from property with less risk. As Chief Property Investment Advisor, Richard works with investors to formulate their property investment strategy, develop sophisticated borrowing structures and source property stock that meets inSynergy’s strict risk-adjusted criteria.
A regular columnist for Peninsula Living magazine on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Richard is widely recognised as one of the industry’s thought leaders.
Natasha is a founding member of the inSynergy team, having established the brand and led the business’ marketing efforts for more than 10 years. More recently, as Director of Operations and Marketing, Natasha oversees the smooth running of the business and manages the marketing and communications activity.
Natasha is a busy mum of two who enjoys juggling the mayhem of motherhood with the personal rewards of working with such an amazing and dynamic group of colleagues and clients.
Raj leads the Finance Team at inSynergy. Having spent 14 years in the industry working for some of Australia & New Zealand’s Big 4 banks leading customer-centric business units; Raj brings a wealth of experience to inSynergy including Finance Broking, Private, Retail and Business banking.
With a mantra of “passion is everything” Raj says you must love what you do: breathe it, dream it, practice it and help others with it.
A multi investment property investor himself, Raj strives to ensure every client at inSynergy can safely create wealth with a definite & well thought out finance strategy.
Outside of work, Raj swaps his finance cap for a motorcycle helmet and has raced competitively in New Zealand and Australia, winning several titles along the way. He also lives locally and is a keen SUP surfer. Raj loves road tripping with his wife Hayley and dog Zeus.
BUSTER - RIP
Buster was our Chief Greeting Officer for almost 7 years but sadly he passed away in October 2020 after being diagnosed with a brain tumour. His loss is sadly and deeply felt amongst the team and also our clients, who he was always glad to greet with a smile and a bottom wiggle. RIP Buster, our dear furry friend.
Emily is our chief planner, organiser and all-round admin star! She makes sure everything in the office is running smoothly and everyone is where they are supposed to be at any given time.
Emily’s calm nature and organised approach are a breath of fresh air. We love that she thinks outside the box and is always looking for ways to improve our business operations.
Emily is a Mum to three beautiful girls so is extremely adept at juggling multiple challenges and schedules!
As team assistant, Molly is our official ‘Director of First Impressions’! You’ll never have to ask her twice for anything, she’s the epitome of organised, efficient and bright!
Molly is in her final year of studying Business Management and Spanish language at UTS. Now, in her role at inSynergy, she’s quickly learning all things property investment and becoming an invaluable member of the team.
When she’s not working or studying, Molly loves travelling, playing netball and hanging out with her 2 dogs, Dudley and Baxter.
inSynergy’s Property Research & Acquisitions Manager, Simon, is a career real estate professional with extensive experience in all aspects of property investment.
Having also worked as a property development project manager and a real estate agent, Simon has extensive professional experience managing key property stakeholders, including purchasers, vendors, builders and finance brokers.
When he’s not managing property acquisitions, he spends his days deep in data, researching macro and micro property investment indicators to forecast future high-performance markets that will deliver inSynergy clients maximum capital growth and cash flow.
Simon practises what he preaches and holds a multi-property personal investment portfolio and is a keen sportsman, spending his downtime refining his golf swing and tennis backhand.
As an experienced property professional, Tomas finds it incredibly rewarding to help people with their property investment journey. “It is one of the biggest transactions people go through and having clients trust me with their wealth creation strategies and their overall plan is incredibly rewarding. I also get to see what they can achieve financially and how this can change their lives.”
In his role as Property Investment Specialist, Tomas uses his extensive research and data analysis skills to conduct detailed analysis of emerging property areas to help clients build a property portfolio that delivers strong equity gains and is supported by a sound wealth creation and management strategy. The ever changing property industry keeps Tomas challenged and he loves the opportunity for continuous learning, personal and professional growth.
Tomas enjoys an active lifestyle and in his spare time, swaps the data analysis and screen time for picturesque scenery and adventurous hikes!
Katerina is a seasoned finance professional, having worked both as a mortgage broker and in credit assessment with a major lender.
Katerina works with our clients from the initial consultation through to settlement of their property – her main goal being to provide an easy, efficient and personalised service throughout the loan application process, settlement and beyond.
Katerina is a keen surfer, beach volleyball addict and all around lover of the beautiful Manly lifestyle!
Brett has extensive experience in lending having spent more than a decade in the mortgage and finance industry. With a particular focus on communication, Brett aims to exceed his clients’ expectations and takes great pleasure in helping people achieve their goals.
Anne-Marie is inSynergy’s broker support wizard, ensuring our brokers always have the tools and resources required to deliver seamless client service without getting caught up in admin.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Australian mortgage industry, Anne-Marie has a detailed understanding of investment property loan structures and lending requirements.
This experience has given Anne-Marie keen attention to detail and excellent insight into the ability of property to generate wealth.
As a mother of a young boy, she also understands the need to provide your family a secure future and is a driven to help clients achieve that.
A keen Waratah’s supporter and fond of a cheeky sav blanc, Anne-Marie’s bubbly personality means she can always be relied upon to light up the inSynergy office.
As a passionate property investor himself, Ben decided to diversify his career portfolio by becoming a mortgage broker in 2018; having worked as an immigration lawyer for 12 years and running his own law practice for 7 of those years. Ben recognised that whilst he loved the client relationship side of his job as a lawyer, he missed the excitement of working in a field that truly fuelled his passion – Property!! Ben is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, having worked as a real estate agent whilst completing his law degree all those years ago.
In his role at inSynergy Ben is honing his technical mortgage broking skills whilst further upskilling to become a Property Investment Advisor. Ben’s experience and presence gained throughout his legal career are an asset to his role at inSynergy. In his spare time

DYLAN SALOTTI - Consultant
An experienced Mortgage Broker, Dylan has a big focus on educating and advising hard working Australians on how they can achieve their finance dreams.
With a Cert IV & Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking, as well as his first-hand experience of building his own property portfolio. He is helping clients untangle the complexity of buying property, finance and getting loans.
Nominated as a finalist for several awards including Finance Business of the Year (Optus My Business Awards 2017) and winner of Young Broker of the Year Award (NSW/ACT MFAA Awards 2017), Dylan is well respected in the industry for keeping the advice straightforward as well as the strong relationships he develops with his clients.
STEVE FENTON - Consultant
With 22 years of loan writing and finance management experience, including as the GM of a national mortgage company; Steve is one of inSynergy’s resident finance specialists.
Highly skilled in family law, asset protection and tax strategies, Steve’s approach sees him working with accountants and financial planners to deliver strategically integrated property investment finance.
With a strong understanding of self-employed and SMSF lending, Steve is passionate about the intersection of credit, asset protection, wealth creation and tax management.
A northern Sydney local, he is an excellent reverse parker and has a great sense of humour, always keeping the office entertained.
